FServer: Edit bandwidth restrictions

Description
Error message ('Incorrect parameter') when trying to
edit an bandwidth restriction (for server and group,
not tested for user).
the restriction was:
From 8am
To 8pm
On Monday, Thuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
The only solution to edit the restriction is: remove it
and add an new one.

This bug report has been closed due to inactivity and has possibly
already been solved.
You can reopen this report if the issue still exists in the
latest version of FileZilla (Server).

FZ Server 0.9.0beta on WinXP Pro SP1 does not handle ANY
restrictions where condition is time interval.
The Admin GUI generates an 'Incorrect parameter' error
message as described above.
