edit file with case sensitive name

Description
When opening a file with case sensitive name, the file
name is passed in lowercase to the editor (phpedit), so
it is saved in lowercase when modifications are saved.
When the file is directly opened from the explorer and
save it, the file is saved with a case sensitive name.
OS: windows 2000 service pack 4
