Can't set file attributes on a remotely created directory.

Description
Cannot set the folder permissions of a remotely created
directory until FileZilla is refreshed (F5) in v. 2.2.5.
Also date is set to '???', until refreshed.
Error Message on click of ‘File Attributes…’ menu
item: 'The Parameter is incorrect.'
