Server certificate needs to be accepted twice

Description
When I connecto to a server with FTPES, I get the dialog to confirm the certificate. I check "always trust" and click ok, but when I download the first file, I get asked again.
I think this problem started with version 3.3.4 or 3.3.5.
It also appears that my cached trusted server certificates are not kept between updates.

I can report this as well. -Very- annoying now as it is popping up on almost every action.
