Which buffer exactly to you mean?

If you mean the advertised TCP receive window, FileZilla already defaults to a 4MiB buffer, sufficient to fully saturate a 100MBit/s connection at 300ms latency.

Go into FileZilla's settings directory and open FileZilla.xml in your preferred XML editor. Change the text element in the the "Setting" element with the name attribute of "Socket recv buffer size (v2)" to your preferred value.
