Filename filters rules

Description
A nice improvement to the Filename Filters feature would be to add another option/condition to the rules: "Skip items matching ...".
This feature would not hide the files matching those rules, but only highlight them in a different color (gray) or font style (line-through).
This feature would actually match the "Skip list" feature from FlashFXP.

Yes. It would be great, very useful and productive to have a filter that just hides all the files that have an exact copy on the server (based on timestamp and size).
Just show the files that have different size/timestamp.
Also, it would be interesting to colorize the file windows while you're using filters (just a light gray would be good, just to understand you0re using filters...)
