Description
Each time I receive and install an update, a temp file is created in my temp directory called nsh505.tmp and I cannot delete this file from the folder. The only way it dissappears is to re-boot.
Pleas advise...thank you

Windows is a broken operating system, files in use cannot be replaced.
That file belongs to the installer, it is attempting to replace the old shell extension with the new one. Since that isn't possible directly, this temporary file is created.
