FileZilla 3.2.8 crashes on Windows 7 Ultimate RTM

Description

Just installed FileZilla 3.2.8 Client on an HP 2133 "Mini" running Windows7 Ultimate.

It crashes a couple of seconds after the Welcome splash screen is dismissed and the main interface window loads.

A desktop running Windows 7 Ultimate RTM (which was just cleanly installed) does NOT show this problem with the same version of FileZilla Client.

Removing and reinstalling FileZilla Client on the problematic machine makes no difference.

Status: new → moreinfo

What happens if you stop, or better completely uninstall, all third-party programs?
