Reconnect does not preserve timezone [2.2.1a]

Description
When I use the Reconnect command, FileZilla does not
preserve the timezone settings of the connected site, so
the time of files are shown incorrectly after reconnect.
I'm using FileZilla 2.2.1a, Windows 2000 Professional.

This bug report has been closed due to inactivity and has possibly
already been solved.
You can reopen this report if the issue still exists in the
latest version of FileZilla (Server).

I have also found this in 2.2.8b. I need to always use the Site
Manager to connect in order to get the correct times
displayed for files on the remote server.
Reconnect seems to show UTC times.
Is this a feature or bug?
