Description
When Overwrite is selected as default action for existing files when uploading to ftp server, the program sends Appe command

"resuming the overwrite"? r u kidding me? i want to overwrite the file, server does not support the appe command, and files get uploaded partially

It sends APPE if a transfer of that very same file using STORE got interrupted before, thus resuming the previous overwrite.
