File still download after finish (show >100%)

Description
After finish download 100% of file, still download. The file size on client increasing and the progress show > 100%

You're probably using a Microsoft FTP server.
These servers are horribly broken. They claim to accept the resume offset but then silently ignore it, sending the complete file again after a resume.
You have to upgrade to a proper server.
