Description
Please advise on inablility to log in.
site: ftp.pirltd.org.uk
Username. legrj1509
Password. chris823
Message on attempts to log in reads
530 User legrj1509 cannot log in.
In use: Filezilla 3.2.4.1 Client (Reloaded today)
Operating system: Windows XP
Fillazilla.exe is ticked in the Windowes Firewall exception list.
Other website used here has no Filezilla log in problem.
Webhost has checked and it is working at their end.
