File download ends and restart again increasing infinitely file destination size

Description
I have this bug in all Filezilla versions tested, also the last one 3.2. I always have this problem when i connect to ftp.peoplesoft.com delivery system and download any file.
For test you can connect to ftp.peoplesoft.com/outgoing/GSC/CRM as a anonymous user and download NIMS_8_0_SP3GA.zip or any other file, after download finish, the file download restart again automatically and write over the same destination file in a infinite loop, this error produce a destination file with a great size.
In fact the download process never ends, it start and start again...

Broken server. You have to upgrade to a non-Microsoft server. There is no other solution.
Excuse me I don´t understand your answer. This is a problem related with the FTP used in ftp.peoplesoft.com and not a Filezilla client related issue?. I have to include that actually I can download files from peoplesoft server correctly using other clients like SmartFTP.

Microsoft servers claim to support resume, yet still send the whole file. You have to upgrade to a proper server.
Broken server. You have to upgrade to a non-Microsoft server. There is no other solution.
