Edit filters... string not in dictionary

Description
Click View > Directory listing filters
The top-right button, "&Edit filters..." does not exist in the .po file for translation, and is thus not translateable.

"&Edit filters..." is not available for translation because it doesn't exist anymore.
Without a large amount of extra code (for very little benefit), the default filters cannot be made translatable.

The same thing goes for the standard filter names: "CVS and SVN directories", "Useless Explorer files", etc.
