Remote file and directory dates wrong

Description
SFTP to remote has incorrect filedates and times (most all around 1969)
Server is CoreFTP.
Other clients that display correctly are FireFTP, WSftp Pro, etc. Tested from numerous locations & computers, and several 3.x versions.

Broken server that doesn't include the correct number of seconds since 1970-01-01 00:00 UTC in the file entry as it is required by the SFTP specifications.
You have to upgrade to a proper server.
