332 message code causes problems

Description
The sunsolve support site returns with a 332 message
and expects a response (in order to access patches).
The 332 message sends filezilla for a loop instead of
prompting for input.
To replicate, ftp to sunsolve.sun.com with username
sunsolve and password sunmicro.
