Critical error when uploading files

Whenever I attempt to upload a new or updated file for my website, I get "critical error". What is the fix for this issue? Please help asap. See command list below. You will see "critical error" at the bottom. Thank you a bunch. God bless.

Than you so much for not reading the NewTicketFormGuide. DO NOT change the priority. If you cannot upload a file, it might be important for you, but for other people it is totally irrelevant. Flagging such a ticket as "critical" is a blatant lie and a rude attempt at getting unwarranted attention.

And if you had actually read the log, you would know why the upload fails.

Prayer? Such a useless waste of time, there are no gods, no higher beings.

And even if there were, with so many different religions around. What makes you think you have the right religion? They all say that about itself. Regardless which religion you perform, it is almost certain that you bark up the wrong tree.
