Description
I use Russian interface, FileZilla Client 3.0.11 on Windows Vista. Look at screenshot. You'll find wrong codepage of path string characters, I marked them by red line.

Your server is broken, it violates the FTP specifications.
Either upgrade to an UTF-8 capable server or refrain from using non-ASCII characters. Every other encoding is not supported by the FTP standard.

It's not my ftp server. Actually this doesn't depend on ftp-server, I checked out. It happens on any ftp-server where there are files with cyrillic names. An this happens in filezilla ftp client only. I attach onother picture, you'll find for instance the problem happens just with selected (open) folders. By the way selected (open) folder with wrong characters is duplicated, next bottom folder is the same one. It's just another interface bug. Please show this to someone who understand cyrillic.
