Issues opening local Access databases

Description
In version 3.0.11.1 running on Windows XP Pro SP 3:
When I right-click on an Access database (.MDB) in my local site list and choose Open, the open process is initiated twice -- I get two Access windows. I also get a Filezilla Error dialog with the following message: "DDE execute request failed: a request for a synchronous execute transaction has timed out." The latter is probably due to me not responding to the Security Warning dialog in Access quickly enough. Thanks.

Make sure the open verb is associated with an editor. Some editors just associate the edit verb and make that the default double-click action.
