Anonymous connect always fails

Description
When connecting to the FileZilla server 0.9.25 beta through the FileZilla client 3.0.7 under the "anonymous" user account, the connection always fails with the message "530 Login or password incorrect!". This was the same with my previous version 2.2.32. A "Normal" account has to be set up to connect.

Looks like there isn't an anonymous account setup.
