Description
Version: 3.0.7
O/S: Windows Vista
Problem:
Download an entire folder from the remote site. Rename the folder locally. Edit a file within the local folder. A message pops up in Filezilla offering to upload it back to the server. But because the folder name has changed, it uploads it to the wrong place.
It seems sometimes the file is uploaded into the root, and sometimes into the first folder that exists on the remote site.
Ideally it should offer to create a folder with the same name on the remote site.

This is not working. If your last action was to download a folder from the remote site the edited file can get uploaded to a directory which is not currently open on the remote site.

Just tried it again according to your instructions. All working exactly as expected and intended.
If you choose edit from the local context menu, the file gets uploaded to he remote directory currently visible on the remote site at the time of choosing edit.
