cannot import settings (xml file) exported in older version

Description
I exported settings to xml file (in older version of filezilla) and I can't import it now. Message apears" File does not contain any importable data"

Settings from older versions cannot be imported, just sites. You have to export sites in the old version from _within_ the site manager. It has a menu.
