drag and drop not working

Description
Drag and drop of files to or from server doesn't appear to be working. When I try to drag a file, there's no indication that it's being dragged at all.

A key useful feature that is present in v2.x is not present in v3 beta. How am I supposed to know that it's not *supposed* to work? Is the program regressing by removing significant features? It looked like a broken feature to me. (Hence the "doesn't appear to be working")

FZ3 is a complete rewrite. There's no need to request features not yet implemented in FZ3 as I know already what's still missing.
