Description

For convience I'd like to be able to View images with
the Windows Picture and Fax viewer. As a lightweight
method to see the images on file.
i found that the command to do this is not to a single
executable file: rundll32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen
I found that It will not work at all when I set this in
my preferences.
Thanks
Colin
I'm on a windows xp sp2 home edition machine.

Considering this a bug, moving to appropriate tracker.

FileZilla 3 can edit/view remote files as well already. Can you please test the most recent version of FileZilla 3 to see if this issue got fixed there?

This Tracker item was closed automatically by the system. It was
previously set to a Pending status, and the original submitter
did not respond within 14 days (the time period specified by
the administrator of this Tracker).

I tested FileZilla 3.0.6 on Windows and I was not able to get the mentioned file viewer working. If no own item is set up for PNG files for example, the viewer shows up for PNG files. If, however, I set up the extention myself, nothing happens after the file got downloaded. I tried with the following line:

png C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen

Bug in Windows. Rundll32 (or the called DLL) can not handle properly quoted paths.
