Site Manager to remember its size and position

Description
Note: This is one of a few requests currently posted in the forum (http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=14155#14155).
Site Manager should be able to remember its size and position. Currently it opens too small to be able to see the full descriptions in the site list.
