Description
%t and %d will include current server time or date in Welcome Message just like %v includes current version.
With this new feature it is possible to retreive time/date from FTP server in order to setup time/date on remote embedded devices such as POS terminals and similar.

Triage suggestion
It appears that this has not been implemented in FileZilla Server 0.9.60
. In addition, this feature request is 10 years old.
I suggest closing this ticket as "wontfix".
@janjatovic, NTP is the correct way to configure time and date on devices. %t
and %d
sound very much like they would have problems with localization (that is, "April" or "Abril" or "Avril").

This would make the welcome message change per login, which is not good for performance reasons. Also see #2413.
