Support for MDTM read and write

Description
Hello,
In order to be able to use the FileZilla Server in
the context of the backup utilities for big files it
would be extremely useful for FileZilla to support
MDTM for both read and write. Right now I understand
the FileZilla is supported only in Read mode. Is
there any plan to add "Write" capability? When?

Setting timestamps using MDTM won't be implemented as the
syntax of this command would be ambigious.
Example: MDTM 200608211030 backup.zip
What is that supposed to do?
Set the timestamp of 'backup.zip' or get the timestamp of
'200608211030 backup.zip'.
For setting remote timestamps, a new command is needed.
