Description
Could you please, if appropriate command line
arguments are provided, NOT pop up Site Manager.
A side effect of which is it is off trying to connect,
and failing, but one has to have the presence of mind
to kill the site manager in order to get to the stop
symbol.
Or, provide an option that avoids Site Manager
(letting one immediately to Quick Connect).

I am sorry but I do not understand this feature request.
FileZilla 3 doesn't (yet) provide a useful set of command line arguments but it doesn't automatically pop up the Site Manager as well. And if one tries to connect to a site using the Site Manager, it automatically closes so that the toolbar can be freely used in order to stop the connect attempt again.
If the reported issue is still relevant for FileZilla 3, please be more specific on what you want to be improved. Thanks!
