Meaningful system tray tooltip

Description

The system tray tooltip should display the estimated
completion time for all transfers and queue size. This
would avoid having to constantly reopen the window to
check on the transfer progress. If a transfer error
occurs, the icon should change to indicate this.

I agree completely. Would be sweet, that is one feature I
miss from flashfxp.
