Description
This will save the password with the user account. This
could be a security problem.

I was just about to submit this same thing as a feature request and noticed this ticket from 5 years ago! Has anyone looked at this?
In my opinion, for whatever its worth, I don't think passwords should be saved automatically without at least some sort of dialogue that notifies you of what its doing.
I would like to see an option in the settings to allow/disallow password saving for the quickconnect menu. I also think that it should default to not saving the password. Its something that people can opt in if they choose to.
