Description
There could be a possibility to schedule queue
processing at later time. It would be good for scheduling
large file transfrers to a night or weekend time, when the
line is not so busy...

FYI #1665 was opened 7 years ago and nothing has been done about it since. Probably not going to be implemented any time soon.
