Description
It would be nice to have an option to have it the local
directory be monitored for changes and if there is one
made to a file then upload it to whatever directory is
listed in the remote section.

I also want this feature.
The main use case is when I edit a source file.
I want FileZilla to upload it automatically
whenever I save.

FileZilla 3 can edit files "on the server" already.

I'll second this one. This feature is essential! WinSCP has
it and it's very useful; you can right click a remote file,
edit it, and when you save that file it's automagically
uploaded.
