Description
Will you please consider adding a Daylight Savings Time
(DST) option (Site Manager -> Advanced -> Server
Timezone Offset), so that DST is automatically
adjusted? Thanks.

The next version of FileZilla 3 will be able to calculate the timezone of the server automatically.
Note:
See TracTickets
for help on using tickets.
I would also like to see that. Like all good Internet
servers, all my servers run on UTC and do not change for
daylight saving.
On the other hand, my workstation does change for daylight
saving and therefore the "adjust remote file time" is no
longer accurate.
Keeping the timezone of the server relative to UTC would be
the best I feel. It seems to be relative to the time on my PC.
It becomes even more drastic when one moves from a state
with daylight savings to one that does not have it (with
laptop in hand). What a nightmare (and yes we have that here
in Australia). Changing the time offset on all the accounts
in the site manager can be a real pain.
BTW, this is because I use the "Overwrite if newer feature
to selectively update a site over slower links.
thanks
