Decrease Queue Bytes Remaining as File is Downloaded

Description
It would be nice if the queue byte remaining count went
down as each file was downloaded. For example, if you
have two 10 MB files in the queue, and the first file
is 50% downloaded, the queue should show 15 MB
remaining. As it is now, it will show 20 MB remaining
until the first file is completely downloaded. With
large files this can be very misleading, and a bit
annoying. :)
