I really, really want this option too...

Resume file transfer is an item of the "normal file exists dialog". It can be selected the same way as any other file exists action.

Well, FileZilla is good FTP client.
I think that it's more comfortable if option to resume file
transfer is added to normal settings, not just at start
proccessing queue.
