Description
It's quite annoying to "lose" your .htaccess files,
and have to start a console ftp program to download
and edit them.
It would be nice if there was an option to show them
by default.

With "normal" ftp commands a 'ls -a' or 'ls -al' would
make it possible to fetch all files in a directory listing
(including hidden files).
Note:
See TracTickets
for help on using tickets.
There's no possibility to show hidden files.
But I'll add a "manual get" dialog which allows you to
download hidden files if you know their name.
