filezilla disconnects on large queue

Description
if i add a directory to queue "/www/", while its recursing the contents "theres 65 directories", it randomly disconnects and does not finish queuing the files, i have to manually restart it from where it left off at.

Not a bug in FileZilla. You need to contact the server administrator and demand that he sets sane timeouts. Something in the range of several hours to days will be fine.
