Description

we are using filezilla client version 3.68.1.0 and getting Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity and then Failed to retrieve directory listing

The server is incorrectly configured. You are connecting to it with a private IP address, yet it returns a public IP address in the PASV response. You need to contact the server administrator or server hosting provider to have the server configuration fixed.
