When edit a file, it should be saved several times before to get the pop-up to transfer it to the server

Description
Just selecting a file form the server
Right click and edit it.
NO MATTER THE EDITOR
Once the edit is finished, CTRL+S to save it.
The popup "the file has changed. Upload this file to the server?" doesn't appear;
It's required to give the CTRL+S several time before this damn popup appears and one can work.
