different sorting in tree and file view

Description
The sorting algorithm in the (remote) tree view seems to differ from the algorithm in the (remote) file view underneath. On one hand (german) vowel mutations are grouped amongst the classic vowels but on the other hand they are listed at the end.

I tested this with FileZilla 3 beta11 right now and it worked the same way in local/remote tree view and file view: in both places the sorting order was "aa", "ab", "aä". So German umlauts are sorted to the end, but guess this is because I do not use de_DE locale.
Can you try yourself with FileZilla 3 (beta) and report back, if it doesn't work for you? As this is a non-critical issue with FileZilla 2, it most likely won't be solved anymore.
