Filezilla fails to connect ftpes with wildcard ssl cert

Description
FileZilla reject my wildcard letsencrypt cert with a error code
Other clients like lftp are working.

The behavior seen with FileZilla is correct. Your other clients are insecure if they do not complain about your server.
The certificate you are using mandates that a valid OCSP response has to be stapled to the TLS handshake. Your server however does not staple such a response. As result, the certificate is rejected by FileZilla.
