Filezilla pauses upload evry 43 to 46 file for over 30 sec

Description

When uploading a large number of files (over 46) at one time, filezilla has started to pause for over 30 seconds at every 44 to 46 file. This has not happened before. This started happening when I had my upload speed increased with Comcast.

Do you still experience this if you disable Windows Firewall?
