I cannot "prioritize" a new html page to view as it is at the very bottom of the list of items being downloaded.

Description
When I save my web site I end up with many pages etc. being made ready to copy across.
Then I want to work on another page (on another web site) and when I load it the page is put at the very bottom of the list of items still being downloaded.
I scroll to the very bottom but it seems that this page is "lost" there, pushed down and out of sight of the window by other pages being loaded.
I want to have a space underneath the last page so I can see it and right click it to change its priority so it will load now while the other pages from first action are still loading.
