FileZilla stopped working properly so I wanted to `uninstall and reinstall and it makes my pc unusable after downloading the new version

Description
I love how filezilla works
I used it. So it started misbehaving until I thought of installing the new version.
Kanshi that's was the end of using the PC
Now it blocked everything it doesn't allow to be uninstalled ;
Howw can I do it>??
