Install error

Description
When attempting to install FileZilla version 2_2_28, I
receive the following error message:
The procedure entry point WaitForSingleObject could not
be located in the dynamic link library Kernel32.dll
This error occurred on both NT SP6a and XP SP2. Version
2_2_27 installed without error.

It looks like your kernel32.dll got corrupted. Make sure it
only exists inside the Windows directory and nowhere else.
If that does not fix it, reinstall your operating system.
