The program still works for my own website. Alamy says that they haven't changed anything at their end. I have changed nothing at my end.

I don't know what home directory means.

Hi,
I'm sorry about this ticket. Alamy has at last admitted that it is their fault. Last week they suggested that I should contact you, because they claimed that they had done nothing at their end. That was not true.
