cannot connect to server

Description
I cannot connect to a server of use linux sometimes, but sometimes I can. The failture frequency is high and I can't stick it. Using ssh in terminal and Transmit can connect to the same server and never failed. The following are the information (some are in Chinese and I translate to English).

There does not appear to be a working SFTP server at that address. If there should be, please contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for further asssistance.
Sorry，the OS of the server is SUSE Linux.
