There are two possibilities: Either a firewall is interrupting the connection or there is something wrong with the server.
In the latter case please contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for assistance so that he can check the server logs as to why the server is closing the connection.

There does not appear to be a working FTP server at that address. If there should be, contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for assistance.
Which version of FileZilla are you using?
