filezilla client doesn't show full directory listing

Description
I'm getting this:
Command: LIST
Response: 150 Connecting to port 5024
Response: 226-Options: -a -l
Response: 226 Output truncated to 6000 matches
Status: Directory listing successful
So filezilla seems to think it shows full directory
listing while server truncated it to 6000 entries
server is Pure-FTPd - not sure which version, but
probably one of latest
filezilla client is 2.2.24b
