Estou tendo problemas após a última atualização (hoje) do Filezilla Client (3.22.2), o programa abre mas não funciona. A janela de boas-vindas não fecha.

I'm having trouble after the last Filezilla Client (3.22.2) update (today) , the program opens but does not work. The welcome window does not close.

That (reboot my PC) was my first idea... But nothing changes. That welcome window doesn't close.

Most peculiar. At this point I would need a dump file with a snapshot of the program state to further diagnose this issue.

Please follow these steps in order:

  • Download and extract the Process Explorer tool from ...
  • Start FileZilla and get it into the error state where the file list stops working
  • Start Process Explorer
  • Find filezilla.exe in the process list, right-click it and in the context menu, click Create Dump -> Create Minidump...
  • Last but not least, please attach the created file to this ticket.

Afterwards you can delete Process Explorer again.
